Aluminum decoration

We produce the cosmetic aluminum parts with various pattern, by combining the machining (stamping, diamond cut finishing, hairline finishing, sandblast treatment) and the finishing (anodizing, printing, etching) onto alminum board. We are able to start with the pattern design, and develop a fine original product for you.

• Enable a deep dark-tone and super vivid colors supplied by no one.
• Excellent weather-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties for outdoors use, as well as inhouse use.

Super etching

• Enable a super etching with deeper process (up to 0.2mm depth) than others and sharp edge.
• Enable a fine pattern super etching by normal etching (0.05-0.15mm depth).

Double etching

We enable 2 kinds of different pattern and color product by etching 2 times from various patterns and colors.

Fine silk screen printing

• Enable the positioning accuracy (within ±0.1mm) corrected by CCD camera.
• Enable the various color fine silk printing by multi color printing.
• Enable the metal stamping after silk printing by the special ink.

We have started auto/manual silk screen printing in Japan. We also established Shin-Ei Corona Vietnam at Hanoi to be a No.1 leading factory in ASEAN about the integration of metal machining and finishing, and have started the production of aluminum and stainless decorative parts.
